In May you can expect classic spring favorites and early perennials that thrive in this region: tulips and daffodils lingering early in the month, and a beautiful blend of mid-spring bloomers like ranunculus, anemones, poppies, early snapdragons, nigella, orlaya, bachelor buttons, and yes, peonies! that signal the full arrival of spring.
